We have started a five-day enumerator training for a baseline survey for the Social Support for Resilient Livelihoods Project. The study is a collaborative project between C4ED and IPOR on behalf of the World Bank. Data will be collected in Dedza and Nkhatabay districts.

Our enumerators are today in T/A Masumbankhunda in Lilongwe conducting a pilot for the Social Support for Resilient Livelihoods Project. The aim is to test the tool, and identify problems before implementing the survey. We are collaborating with C4ED on behalf of the World Bank.

We are from today holding a two-day Field Research for Beginners short course in Zomba. The training has drawn together participants from various academic fields. IPOR's Director of Research and Operations Dr. Boniface Dulani is facilitating on the Introduction to Field Research.

The afternoon session of the Field Research for Beginners training is in progress. Director of Training and Programs at IPOR, Dr. Michael Chasukwa, is facilitating on how to conduct data collection in qualitative and quantitative research, in relation to practical field work.

We are conducting a 4-day training for the 2nd phase of the Social Support for Resilient Livelihoods Project Experiment. IPOR is collaborating with C4ED in this project on behalf of the World Bank. We will interview a total of 700 respondents from 5 districts starting January 22.

@IPOR is conducting an in-house Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) training for selected IPOR staff. We would like to build a robust M&E system to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

We are underway with the pre-match activities for the finals of the K20 Million IPOR supported Ziphuphu Njee 2023 Football and Netball Tournament for Zomba Urban and Rural secondary schools. IPOR collaborated with the Anti-Corruption Bureau Malawi, the Ministry of Education in the CSR activity.

We conducted a pilot in Zomba to test the study tools for the Catalyzing Cooperative Intra-Household Mobile Technology use Endline study which commences this week. IPOR is collaborating with the college of William and Mary in Virginia, USA. @phillip_roessler @shreyaBEcom.

It's about 4 years now since we donated the skip loader truck and 8 skip bins to Zomba City Council to enhance waste management. We are happy that the truck and the skip bins keep making an impact on the management of waste in the city. #Zombacitycouncil.

We're conducting a 4-day enumerators training for the Citizen Perception survey on Parliament and Parliamentarians. The aim of the survey is to find out citizen's perception of representation, oversight & legislative functions of parliament. IPOR has partnered with Democracy International
