If your advertisements are running profitably on X rated sites: Would you care? *I agree with transparency. But I also think "brand protection," is overrated.

Hot Take: SDRs should invest their own money in advertising if they believe in the product they're selling. It's like being an affiliate but potentially more profitable. - Attract warm leads - Simplifies the sales process - Commissions compound Shooters, shoot.

I don't understand lead magnets from marketers showing "the secret sauce," to their success. Business owners with money don't care. They want the work done for them. Who is the intended target of these lead magnets?

Is it worthwhile to pay a 3rd party to audit an advertising account you have managed for years? Like... do you lose perspective or overlook things after working on a project too long?

The ick I get from "free" professional work is real. It screams sales funnel, not quality service. Maybe I'm just a cynical marketer, but I'd rather pay someone who values their work than be someone's conversion strategy.

Advertising is hard. You know what makes it harder? Competition that isn't bound by silly things like honesty or FTC guidelines. Puts the whole telling the truth thing at a strategic disadvantage. Following the rules is apparently optional.

If I owned a local business I would market by paying a top food cart to move to our parking lot for the week. That covers: - lunch - publicity - links/SEO - community building Bet it pays for itself
