I’m in a place without a cinema hall while almost everyone I know, is watching SRK movie re-release in cinemas. Life is too funny! 🥲

Birthday month rituals had two things, I’ve done none of them this time. Is this called growing up or just being lazy?

The only nostalgia I had while reading this book was of a place I don’t have anymore. This felt good because of all the books I have in my library, I only ever re-read The Namesake and Rain in the mountains.

That everything changes? Or ends. Life is a constant flow and most often we are looking for a pause that doesn’t exist.

We’ve been fed so much about the thrill and excitement that peace feels like we’re not doing it right. While it’s actually the opposite; the reassurance, not being in a constant state of what ifs.

B & I went for bangle shopping for her wedding last year. Before that we had our birthday month brunch at Khan and I picked out my birthday month read from my favourite bookshop :) And of course there’s bougainvillea

Nothing better than a cancelled work call and these gorgeous views on a Friday! Oh and also got myself an Apple pie 🥧

Too tempted to pick up my book because once I finish it by tomorrow, I’ll have nothing else to read. That when I’ll read it painfully s l o w :/ Except if I make a trip to talon mei tal, Nainital and pick up a new book.
