Community Place North, in London, is a hub of highly engaging day supports that ensure people are a part of their community. When combined with the ‘You at Home’ program, it demonstrates the breadth of supports available to individuals and families at PHSS.

The 'Open Doors - Open Minds' group met Monday. The group discussed recent paratransit advocacy, safety and other important topics. The group is open to all PHSS community members who would like to raise issues for discussion. Meetings can also be attended by Zoom. #ldnont
