The country is hurtling towards a financial calamity. If either of the leadership candidates loved the country as much as they claimed, one would stand aside to allow a normal, functioning government to be formed and get on with addressing the serious issues we face.

I live 12m East of Lancaster and spent 20 years to and from London on the West Coast line. I have seen the service worsen year on year. For a change I decided to take a train to Leeds and the East Coast line with London North Eastern Railway. What a difference. Super clean and comfy and great service.
