Sobering thought from George F. Will this morning. Bad enough the two major candidates aren't thinking seriously about this... but is anybody? Or are people too distracted by the current political infotainment extravaganza?

This is a great comment from Ezra Klein on the New York Times page today. It shows a gracious spirit I can respect.
While many anti-Trump conservatives have had difficulty maintaining principles they'd defended their whole careers, I think George F. Will has held on to his. His WashingtonPost column on Iran reminds me why I've followed and respected him since the early 70s. (edited screencap)
Somehow, it feels like Opening Day and the rest of the MLB season are going to feel kind of anticlimactic after this powerful World Baseball Classic. World Baseball Classic
