Btw, does everyone elses diagnosis also read like a full novel? Every time I hand out my diagnosis I get to watch the new doctor read through how exactly I can't do my dishes and have trouble doing paperwork, and how long I go without showering 🥲

Sometimes I find it can be much more helpful to recognize when your #ADHD brain isn't functioning at its best, acknowledge it, and NOT true and "fix" it or change things. The pressure of not performing and not adjusting can overwhelm me. It happens sometimes. It's okay.
