Sometimes I love my job, sometimes I receive a post-chemotherapy gastrectomy with poorly cohesive carcinoma, and so much, so much (benign?) lymph nodes with sinusoïdal macrophages to complicate things further. Do you perform cytokeratin on all the blocks if negative?

Hello! Regarding DPNs (deep penetrating naevus) : do you know if we can consider beta catenin as positive even if it is a strong cytoplasmic staining only? Or do you accept only nuclear staining? Thanks!

Hello, Dr Raul S. Gonzalez, MD , I'm listening to your great lecture on challenges abt colorectal TNM p classif.. AJCC TNM says (pg 257) peritumoral inflammation with serosal effraction is pT4a but I can't find it in the UICC! As European, is pT3 the good answ? #CRCchallenges
