In light of weather conditions, Irish Farmers' Association is seeking: - Milk processors to pay a hardship top-up of at least 3c/litre; - The Department to fast-track payments to farmers; - Suspension of all farm inspections; and - Banks/credit unions to offer maximum flexibility to farmers.
