It fascinates me that the word 完了 is informal negative-extreme in Chinese, but formal neutral in Japanese. Which means 完了完了完了BBQ了 can literally mean "oh shit oh fuck it's over" in Chinese but a (if rather childish?) "it's all finished, BBQ's ready" in Japanese.
