Waited over an hour to talk to Agent to set-up autopay (PAD) from other financial institutions. Why can we submit a form via our CIBC account? I am not happy with the customer service Costco Canada. CIBC you need to waive the interest charges balance if not paid in time.

Why can't you have dedicated phone line for CIBC-Costco mastercard or have call back function. Did you not expect a higher than normal call volumes before you took over from Capital One
