Horizontal rad out and a nice vertical in. New sofa will fill the space.

Finally arrived after 6 months

Took out another Smartfit today... Lasted 12 years. EPH two zone now fitted. All wired and full heat test. 🔧🔥

Lack of servicing and because of that issues weren't seen. Boiler condemned. New boiler required.

Sump seal gone on a Flexicom. The sump can't be got separately. New heat ex or new boiler required. If you service one always run the FGA around the back as shown.
