I did this in school of nursing. I feel you my sister. During a posting in A&E I had to assist the NO II to dress a DM ulcer in the neck, it was bringing out maggots. Another time it was a necrosed foot with maggots falling off. It was Jik we used as air freshener 😫

Remember it’s not easy to be a Band 7/8. If you jam some crazy dept/organisation, it’s by God’s grace you’ll still be sane at the end of the week. Be easy on yourself and only go for the role if you’re ready to be madly challenged and can weather the unending storm xx
