Getting out of lockdown was always going to be harder than getting into it. They key ingredient to all of this is personal responsibility. The Gov can't police everyone. If we want to keep easing out of the lockdown, we all need to continue using some common sense.

If you're going to do what is general maintenance work Severn Trent, shouldn't you notify customers if they are going to be charged for it? Slipping in an additional charge with no explanation is underhand. Also, does the (ever increasing) standing charge not cover things like this?
