Haggard/Port Alberni: A lot of our social services ended up downtown. Often creates the feeling among our citizens that downtown is not safe. Businesses either close or move somewhere else. Then close and street feels more unsafe.

I went to interview someone about a completely seperate topic, and they showed me their (extensive) peacock farm. That was a cool surprise.
