Tried to draw something more experimental.

I've long wanted to do a series where I draw countries as personified anime girls but some countries are just such landmines to even bring up. If I do it I'll probably start with Europe cause I'm most familiar with the cultures, inside jokes, etc.

Wplace is really making me hate Deltarune.

That moment when you're drawing and you're just in that zone where the line weight, composition, form are all just somehow coming together perfectly as you want it and you just sit there wondering how you just made that is the best feeling.

Tempted to get Clip Studio Paint cause the 3D model integration just seems too useful if I want to start drawing comics with dynamic angles and composition.

Hot art take. I don't think chicken scratches are automatically bad or beginner and I think you can use them in a stylistic manner if you know what you're doing and use it with intent rather than a lack of confidence.

The fact that some people think lewd fan service is a recent phenomenon in anime like anime was some sacred artform back in the 80s diluted by sexualization speaks volumes of how many just recently invaded this community and don't understand shit about the medium.

When people talk about whether fiction affects reality or not they mean: "Playing GTA is going to make people want to car jack and attack women" Not "This pop culture character is more recognizable than the obscure animal it's based on"
