Representatives from “Project Capstone” met with the Orange EDC on July 22 to share plans for a 43-acre retail development at 3880 IH10. The project will include ~150,000 sq/ft of retail, a senior anchor, junior anchors, and 6–8 restaurants. Groundbreaking expected Q2 2026.
