PSA: one sec’s Safari extension on the Mac seems to have some issues on Sequoia: - data and settings are not loaded - intentional website switching does not work We’re currently investigating what’s going on and will provide a fix asap!

Now fixed: If you install both the latest one sec update on your Mac alongside Safari 18.0.1, all features are back to normal. Data loss (settings & statistics) is permanent though, Apple really needs to get back to do proper QA before software releases…

A huge shoutout to one sec | “It’s time to take a deep breath” They literally helped me reduce my Insta doom scrolling. Compared to last week, they helped me reduce by 54%. Highly recommend it to anyone who's addicted to any app.

I reduced two hours of my daily screen time in just 1 week. My secret? An iOS app called one sec | “It’s time to take a deep breath” It forces you to wait 10 seconds before opening certain apps. Sounds simple, but it's incredibly effective.

Finally back home after THE BEST WWDC WEEK ever (and that means something, I’ve been to a lot)!! - For the third year, stayed in the crazy indie house with 10 other iOS indie devs & met hundreds of engineers & designers inside and outside of Apple – just that by itself was well

Inserting one sec’s intervention is even harder 🥹 But I’m quite

If you struggle with doomscrolling, here are some apps that will help you. Algorithms are designed to keep you hooked. These tools will help you fight back. (I’ve personally found great value in these): • one sec | “It’s time to take a deep breath” (pauses the screen for a second to stop “impulse clicking”

We just came back from our very first one sec | “It’s time to take a deep breath” team trip 🥰🥰 Our team is distributed all over Europe, so it was the first time that we met (almost everyone) in person. I’m grateful every day I get to work on such an impactful app with the best team I could wish for ❤️ And
