It’s 70 years ago today since my father died. Losing your loving father when aged 11 leaves awful childhood memories of that day. Still miss you dad.

It was poignant during the Service of Thanksgiving on 4th March at Westminster Abbey for the 200th anniversary of the RNLI that ‘Mr Martin Fraser, Ambassador Extraordinary of Ireland to GB’ added a tribute to Clayton Love Jnr during the prayers and on the day of his rest.
