Super building in DT today! Last week, we learnt about wheels and axles and this week, they got the chance to have a go at building these themselves using Knex, Lego, Mechano and Stickle Bricks! 🚗

We have had a wonderful day with @starmanmick Planetarium today! We went into the dome and shared some fantastic knowledge about the moon landing. Then this afternoon, we tried astronaut food, made an amazing space collage and made moon prints in clay! 🌙 🌟 🌍

We loved watching the Dustbin Doris performance from Rhubarb Theatre today!!! We learnt so much and can’t wait to get creative with our Eco projects in the next few days! ♻️ 🗑🧹

Brilliant afternoon of DT making our Moon Buggies! We loved using the hack saw when sawing our doweling axles to length and recreating our designs!

We had some visitors from Horncastle, Spilsby & Woodhall Spa Police with mapleclass today! They talked about their jobs and how they help us! 👮 🚔

We finished our moon buggies this week! We have loved this DT project and worked hard creating our chassis and axles!

Superstar maths stars in provision today! Lots of consolidation of our money knowledge! 💴
