A definite improvement from yesterday “Pop master” I got 24pts in the 1st round, 15pts in the 2nd round. But the “drugs” wore out because I got a big fat zero out of 3 in the “3 in 10” round. #popmaster #GreatestHitsRadio

That’s 90+ football magazines, over 2 dozen books the proverbial ton of paperwork, toy cars & things I thought “why the hell did I keep that” all gotten rid of. Thats probably the biggest clear out of my things I’ve done & it was needed too.

On my day off from work I like to listen to Greatest Hits Radio & especially “Pop master”. Today I got 12pts in Round 1 & beat the contestant & 15 pts in round 2, but got 2 out of 3 in the “3 in 10” round, not too bad.

Watching the Switzerland v Hungary Euro 2024 match. The Swiss kit is horrible, red & purple or maroon whatever colour that is it doesn’t look good. I MUCH preferred it when Switzerland wore this shirt. #EURo2024

I’m watching the Le Mans 24 hours on YouTube & the Euros on my TV does this count as “multi tasking” ???

Even though Turkey won 3 - 1 they will know they’ve been in a game, Georgia for a team making their debut in the Euros have pushed Turkey all the way & given it absolutely everything. Yes Georgia lost but any team playing them dare not take them light, this was a helluva match

With the 2024/25 English & Scottish fixtures being released on consecutive days I’ve been sorting out where I’d like to go. I fancy a trip north of the border in August but it’s a week before I fly to Hong Kong to see my wife, can I sneak in a footy trip & before I go?

Flight to Edinburgh on day of the match was doable….just but couldn’t find an affordable accommodation nearby as prices for hotels were ludicrous. I can’t justify the prices quoted & especially so close to my big holiday back to Hong Kong & China, gutted.

Planning another mad day trip north of the border in September to clip off another Scottish ground this time Queens Park.

Felt VERY depressed after the hell of a day I had yesterday but thankfully my wife came to the rescue after speaking to her & I feel MUCH better now. I may have been married only 9 months but this being married lark it’s a VERY nice feeling.

Due to Rangers FC temporarily using Hampden Park for the start of the coming season I’m going to have to go somewhere else for my next trip north of the border in September.

I am back in the “People’s Republic of Concrete Cows & Roundabouts” after my flying visit back home to London after picking up my passport & Chinese VISA. I should have a VERY happy wife now, me, People’s Republic of China, next month to see her family here I come.

Watching the All Ireland hurling final on BBC2 between Cork & Clare. I will be unashamedly biased because of my dad’s family all I got to say is “Tar ar Corcaigh” (Come on Cork).

My week of “leaving” has finished. I quit the phone network I was with on Monday & today I quit my bank. I’m feeling MUCH happier & hoping for happier days
