I went out of my way to speak to Qantas recently to try & assist them in better serving our #disabled community. The bit that sums it up for me is they have a 'customer advocacy' team. I shouldn't need to explain the bias involved in so called advocacy when paid by the business.

A number of us including our chair, demanded a full inquiry into roles & responsibilities of airlines and airports given the patently unwilling attitudes of airlines like Jetstar Airways to change at the recent Aviation Access Forum. This must happen now AusGov Infrastructure AFDO

We are very proud of what our campaign achieved but we're always aware we'd probably forever have to deal with this kind of attitude. Big thanks to David Bell an ally who did the right thing! We'd love the opportunity to provide training to Paul Ryan and his team.
