#NNSA understands the importance of converting research reactors to non-HEU fuels in enhancing nuclear security. At #IAEAGC68, I met with representatives from the European Commission to reaffirm U.S. reliability as a provider of non-HEU fuels.

#NNSA and Canada are strong partners on nuclear issues. We’ve helped remove more than 520kg of HEU from Canada to the U.S. and we are planning to remove more. We are encouraged by Canada's leadership in SMR deployment with the highest safeguards & security standards. #IAEAGC68
