When my midwife messaged to make sure I keep walking at 39 weeks pregnant 😳😂😅. Not sure the NHS usually advice getting out on the MTB this far in to pregnancy, but to me it feels better than a walk and far more enjoyable, plus it’s what I’m used to 😁. • You know you 💯👌🤛
