10/ A reminder that you must consider this separately! It does not show up on the Mayo Encephalopathy panel we all love so much: mayocliniclabs.com/test-catalog/o… If you think MOGAD, send MOGIgG testing by cell-based assay from serum (although there are cases of isolated CSF positivity).
