You can be gutted that a bloke has lost his job and think it’s probably the right decision too, wish Lee Grant all the best.
Massive decision coming up and after the last few years I’ve little confidence we’ll make the right one. Hope I’m wrong. #htafc
Those making decisions at #htafc need to take a long hard look at themselves
- multiple managers
- poor recruitment
- now sacking a manager half way through a window after bringing in players and letting others go when a new mgr may want to make different decisions
Baffling
It’s a legacy thing.
They could try the opposite of what was done with organ donation and make a bus/rail card ‘opt in’. Those who don’t really need it, probably wouldn’t bother.
One downside could be that those who most need it may not be organised enough to opt in.
Spoke to a Norwich fan re Manning
Thinks the criticism is harsh, he did a very good job at Oxford and Bristol. And (I didn’t know this) the lad lost a child a few years ago and it’s hardly surprising it affected him when he was at Norwich. Both sad and understandable. #htafc
Town were by far the better team today, from what I saw. Now need to carry that on.
Bradford in third after being promoted is an unbelievable achievement.
Racism is abhorrent and that scumbag should be nowhere near a football ground. #htafc
Still find it baffling that the majority of hotels don’t allow you to stream your already paid for services to their TVs.
Or either through the TV or a smaller screen allow laptop connectivity.
Former in particular is all value add and no cost.
This.
I wouldn’t go anywhere near ‘paper metals’, it’s akin to the banking system
(Fractional). There’s c300 paper contracts for every oz of physical silver, if you don’t own it, you don’t own it.
Glad I started years ago, looked a mad man then, not so much now.
‘He who has the gold, makes the rules’
Gold is Lindy
Gold is trusted which has massive implications for the ledger in monetary systems
China et al are buying Gold, not because it’s shiny
No counterparty risk
It’s a store of value, fiat isn’t and never will be
NNT comes across to me as authentic. I find his ‘abrasiveness’ to be down to him not accepting BS.
Regardless of the above I’ve found his writings both incredibly insightful and enjoyable.
My mother in law, who would have been 83 tomorrow, died from Alzheimer’s.
It’s the worst thing I have ever experienced. Seeing what she went through left us heartbroken, but we were always with her.
I take comfort that even in the final hours she knew she was loved.
Impressed, so far with Manning
First two games very solid, not quite so much yesterday
Great to see us going forward, even the other night with 10 men
Light up front now, but injuries, suspensions and loaning out strikers will do that to you
20 different scorers so far #htafc
LIV was never going to work
Whatever the faults of the regular circuits
Players want to win the Players or Bay hill or The Memorial
You can change the name from Division 1 to the PL in football but you are still winning the English league
LIV has no equivalence
Good $ though
Just ridiculous.
The Open is historic and stands alone for that.
The Masters is magical.
The US Open probably the toughest test in golf.
At best the Players matches up to the PGA
Yea right.
Not whilst I’ve an ounce of decency in my blood would I vote Reform.
Though I think all parties are at best useless, at worst unprincipled charlatans.
