A glorious morning for our Teddy Bear’s Picnic today. It was lovely to have so many parent and carers attend.

We were thrilled to welcome back Apollo Music Projects today who performed beautifully played classical music to Years 1-6. The children loved listening to such talented musicians. They then worked with both the Year 5 classes and will continue to work with them throughout this year.

The children did a great job of rolling their clay during pottery club this week.

Year 4 had an amazing trip to the Courtauld Gallery in which they studied famous portraits before creating their own.

The children in EYFS spent last week learning about Halloween and Diwali. The children were then given the opportunity to come to school dressed in bright colours to celebrate Diwali or in a Halloween costume. They looked lovely 😊

Thanks to all of our parents who were able to attend our reading workshop - another example of how working in partnership helps our children to make great progress.

Our Reception children were very keen to discover a new sound today during phonics learning time

Lovely to have Joseph Coelho and Fiona Lumbars visit Reception to Year 4 today. The children loved listening to Luna Loves Christmas and having their books signed.

We held a lovely Carols by Candlelight event after school yesterday. The choir were fantastic. Thank you to Lilly for your brilliant work with the choir and also to her husband for playing the piano. We hope the parents enjoyed the sing-a-long. 🎄
