Hey @NeatoRobotics - no app updates for over a year (Android). What gives? A smart home product is a harmony of hardware /and/ software. Don't leave the software to rot!

Well, I didn't get any further answer from @NeatoRobotics - essentially they seem to be pretty comfortable throwing a product to market, but offering no ongoing software improvements. Meanwhile it seems the Roomba app gets regular updates. Could be time to switch!!
