Switching gears a little bit.. Let's review mechanical ventilation. A 47yo F presented w sudden-onset WHOL. CTH revealed HH2mF2 SAH. She was initially neurologically intact but then declines to a GCS of 5. What is the next step? ABCs: Airway, Breathing, Circulation.
