Being a man with a wife and kids is an asset at work because we view a wife and kids as a trophy or an accomplishment. Being a woman at work with a family is a liability because we view a husband and kids as competing obligations.

You can literally change your life any day. You can literally wake up tomorrow and decide you want something different. You can literally rebrand. You can literally change your location your appearance your circle your thoughts, never underestimate the power of a decision.
