Why do people feel the need to watsapp people about work after 21:00. Weird? Or am I being soft lol. Might get two seperate phones.

The best people to work with? People without ego.

Builder - client relationship. Number 1: Manage expectations. See so many developments going on and when I ask the builder when they are finishing they are always predicting 6months too early. Just no need and doesn’t help anyone.
