It's Donate Life Living Donor Day! To celebrate, we had transplant patient Leila Soria and her parents raise the Donate Life flag during a ceremony this morning. Leila had kidney failure and needed dialysis until six months ago when she got her transplant. Live On Nebraska

On a day where the Nebraska Softball team sported visors designed by our pediatric patients, Kinsley Mae Ludwig was in the middle of it all! She's a liver transplant recipient and got to throw out the first pitch at the game. Catcher Ava Bredwell caught the pitch and gave a hug. ❤️
