Chavez-DeRemer did end up getting on stage to support labor unions at this event yesterday. It isn’t as common to see Republicans at Labor Day events, but remember she is running in a tossup district! It’s also another example of how Rs are doing outreach to the labor movement.

okay here's my thought: If candidates are talking about upending constitutional democracy & voters still support them, it is important. And WHY they vote that way is important. And the answer will be nuanced & policy-focused. TBH, I often think we need to get MORE complicated.

It's not about balance for the sake of balance. Its about going into America and saying "Hey you're supporting a candidate who says XYZ, can you please explain? Whats happening in your life? Why do you support these policies?"
