🎉 11 weeks after my Land Rover Discovery broke down on day 1 of ownership, today I received an apology. Now to switch onto British Airways who have still made no contact 13 weeks after losing our bags. It’s no longer neck and neck in the crap customer service race - BA way in the lead 🤬

Pretty poor experience from Wizz Air £200 for the privilege of checking in at the airport. 5 of us delayed over an hour last week. Another 4 delayed over 5.15 hrs this morning and another 3 looking like a 5.5 hr delay this evening. No response from customer services in a week.
