Friday night fun: Compiled the DSP modem with settings for 300 baud HF packet, plugged it in the HF rig, and it actually receives some packets, and my transmissions are being heard in Germany and Austria! Splendid! Note VOX off.

aprs.fi iOS app v2.7.2 now available, with a 300 baud HF AX.25 modem! It uses 1600 / 1800 Hz Mark/Space frequencies, like Dire Wolf, so the 30m APRS dial frequency is 10147.60 kHz USB. This is an initial version - tuning aids are missing. #aprs #hamradio
