When people try and separate a judgment about someone from their identity they are individualizing a systems issues.

In my experience working w/ many folks i've realized that every interaction isn't just about the task.. BUT about enabling a shift from non-engagement w/ a disabled NeuroQueer person TO effective collaboration, w/o expecting the latter to conform to neurotypical norms.
