So the La Sombrita (gender equity in transit) study is out and one of the conclusions is... we need more cars in LA!

Just witnessed a Metro Los Angeles passenger try to attack an operator on the A Line at San Pedro Station. He kept punching and kicking the door to the operators cab.

Glad to see Metro Los Angeles realized that they operate a countywide transit network that funnels many riders THROUGH Downtown LA in order to get back home from work 🙄

What’s going on with the A Line? There’s been 2 southbound trains sitting for over 10 minutes.

I’m glad LADOT understands the needs of drivers in LA and does not prioritize one mode of transport over another. A well designed multimodal transportation system balances the needs of single occupancy vehicles and 3-car Metro trains. 👏 🚗 🚇 🚗
