Please engage with this Community Pcy teams - we do so much more than ‘just’ dispense, we give advice, signpost, deliver meds etc & all of this activity is unfortunately ‘invisible’ in terms of measurable & recorded activity - need this to be visible by having data 2 evidence it

It's funny that when needed community pharmacy can be the saving grace. Once we start to talk about getting back to normal community pharmacies contribution is forgotten.

If we rolled this out to every pharmacy and GP surgery to deliver we could deliver TWO MILLION DOSES A WEEK if they each delivered only 100 doses a week. Imagine how quickly we could vaccinate and protect the UK population

If we want to be safe, we need to take the vaccine when offered. If you have concerns please do talk to a healthcare proffesional.

Writing to a GP to (very politely) ask them to recheck an unexpected low level paraprotein in 4 months time and all I can hear is GP Twitter shouting ‘I’m not your house officer!’ - should I be bringing the patient back to the hospital to check?
