Recently, Berlin Barrack’s own Trooper First Class Francisco Ruíz was honored at the 2019 Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Eastern Shore Recognition Event The ceremony recognized all Eastern Shore Law Enforcement for supporting MADD’s mission to stop drunk driving.

The Berlin Barrack along with the Worcester County Sheriff's, Ocean City PD, Somerset Sheriff's Office, Natural Resource, Berlin PD, and Snow Hill PD participated in the annual Shop with a Cop event. The Cricket Center was also apart of organizing the event.

As of April 10th and since March 24th, police across #Maryland had conducted 17,327 compliance checks, responded to 1,352 calls for service related to compliance with the Executive Order of Governor Larry Hogan and arrested/charged 34 people for violation of that order.
