We've been having so much fun learning about sports at the Winter Olympics, we thought we'd try our hand at curling in gym! So much fun!

In Science, we're learning about Forces causing movement. Yesterday, we did some experiments using magnetism and created some magnetic bridges.

Today, we examined a seed to find its seed coat, stored food and root!

We also planted our own sunflower seeds so we could watch them germinate!

What an exciting day we had! Ruth Ohi came to Bakersfield! it was so interesting to hear about how she creates her books and makes her illustrations!

Before she left, we presented her with a book created by the students in the primary division!

We also enjoyed the presentation about mental health from students in Ms. Rubinoff’s class.
