Interesting idea for @JuniperNetworks to start expanding the Ai/Ops data sources to include 3rd party sources like CBRS, Cradlepoint, downdetector, etc. I like the idea tools pulling in other available information to enrich the data available on the nodes we own. #NFD28

Ok, I’ll take opinions on this critical networking topic: Weird kerning in the Apstra interface, or a font supporting the ‘fi’ ligature? @JuniperNetworks #NFD28

I appreciate the focus on data center switching from Apstra (@JuniperNetworks ), but commercially I’m curious to know if that’s a growth market outside the hyperscalers? Are we indeed all moving back out of the cloud into our own DCs (or increasing how much hybrid we do)? #NFD28

Folks, Ken Duda is on the mic at #NFD28 for Arista Networks . DON’T MISS THIS! He’s talking about software quailty; and last from him - about 7 years ago - we thought it was one of the best presentations yet at an NFD. techfieldday.com

Ken Duda at Arista Networks worries about the stats that there's: - 1 bug per 10 lines of code after code check-in; - 1 bug /100 lines after QA has signed off ; - 1 bug per 1000 lines after the code has had maintenance releases; ...and asks how we reduce that. #NFD28

Quite often when a founding CxO presents, they've lost their focus on the nerd core and it can be painful. Never so with Arista Networks’ Ken Duda at #NFD28. It’s so key to have this kind of attitude from the top down in a company.

It’s hard to argue with Arista Networks’ testing approach: - One OS (EOS) runs on all platforms; - Test every EOS feature on every platform every time. Automation makes it so that even patches and maintenance releases can be fully regression tested pre-release. #NFD28

Let’s ignore the fact that MacOS wants to autocorrect “Netris" to “Tetris”, and enjoy the presentation nonetheless #NFD28

I’ve heard from NetBeez twice before the current #NFD28 presentation, at #NFD9 and #NFD12, and I’ve used the agents professionally. Nonetheless, they have moved forward an aming amount to expand into endpoint monitoring. Great job, and a serious contender in this segment.
