Now that Gradle supports Java 22, I tried enabling it for JHipster builds. #Java 22 doesn't like our CRLFLogConverterTest.

I upgraded my jhipster8-demo tutorial to use JHipster 8.2.1 with the Migrate blueprint this evening. It worked quite well!
