.Minneapolis Public Schools is providing ALL children 18 & under with NO COST meals while schools are closed due to the #COVID19 virus. Meals are given from school buses parked in 20 designated school parking lots; school buildings remain closed. Children MUST be present to receive a meal.

MPS Food Truck Sites. Families can now pick up food for their children at these additional sites M-F: Mary's Place (401 North 7th St); 10-10:45 Brian Coyle Center (420 S. 15th Ave.); 11:15-Noon Willard Park (1626 Queen Ave. N.); 12:30-1:15 Look for our red food truck!

As public schools & community meal sites are closed, free nutritious food for kids 18 and under are only a click away. Free Meals for Kids mobile app will help families and kids in need find and access free meals at nearly 400 schools & other sites across MN. HungerImpactPartners

Starting Monday, March 30 we will operate nearly 50 food sites offering WEEKLY food pick up. Each day, up to 10 different sites across the city will offer food pick-up from 10-2, M-F. Each box contains 5 breakfasts/5 lunches. Families can take ONE (1) box per child, per week.

150k+ meals served since schools closed on March 17. Staff has been working hard to make sure children around the city have access to food during these changing times. #distancelearning under way, we want to make sure that all of our scholars are well nourished with quality food.
