So Princeton University decides to hold an informal faculty meeting about the University’s response to student protests. But they refuse to let the majority of faculty in the room. The room is at capacity, they say. And they say they’re interested in dialogue. Outrageous.

One of the most dismaying things these months has been how quickly universities will immediately make students face homelessness, hunger and deportation. Without even a due process first for the accused to contest the charges, the uni acts as cop, prosecutor, judge & jury.

My safety and the safety of other students is being threatened by the cops called by UC Irvine, not by peaceful protesters. This is what's actually happening. No one should be pointing any type of gun at students!

So proud of UCLA students, staff & faculty for continuing their thoughtful and engaged protests. These protests were entirely peaceful & there was ZERO need for the many, and at least 3 different kinds of, cops/security/etc

A woman who said she is a professor in the global studies dept was detained alongside UC Irvine students When asked if she was concerned about possibly jeopardizing her job, she responded, "What job do I have if the students don't have a future?"

Remember the president of ⁦Columbia University⁩ canceled graduation after arresting 200 of her own students? Today those same students stood strong by holding a beautiful alternative graduation ceremony at St. John the Divine near campus. Major display of student power.👊⤵️

The far-right justices occupying the Supreme Court have never been an unhoused single mother living out of their car while working a full-time job. I know that struggle firsthand. So let me be clear: Being unhoused is not a crime. Taking bribes as a SCOTUS justice is.
