I've never been so disappointed in Delta. They book us into a codeshare with WestJet, and westjet does bot honor our luggage limits. So now our luggage fees are $500, because WJ has NO luggage included. So much for being a "Valued Platinum Member." Absolutely unacceptable.

The @SWissair #SwissAir Flight attendants are universally awful. Or maybe its just me, and they're racist, which would be on-brand for them.Not even my being in Business Class encourages them to be helpful. Who watches a passenger struggle with a bag, and does nothing? SwissAir!

Usually @delta is great.except for today.after maneuvering for days to secure an aisle seat,giving up my upgrade,I'm bumped to a window seat(my bladder won't permit this)so some guy can have my aisle seat. No good answer as to why HE couldn't take the window seat. #Platinum
