How is every technological innovation from the science fiction of my youth within our immediate grasp except Marty McFly's hoverboard that was supposed to be here in 2015? That's all I ever wanted.

In my experience, 'unsolicited' off-market offers are rarely fair value. They're either offering less than the property is worth or offer a large number to tie the deal up only to later drop or retrade the price.

Net lease brokerage sounds cool until you have to do a location overview of a town of 1,200 people where the most notable person on its Wikipedia page is a state representative from the Civil Rights era.

4 years ago, ConstitutionDAO (📜, 📜) went viral as they raised funds in an attempt to buy the Constitution. Seemed interesting so I decided to join. I bought 0.1 ETH for $450. Then you had to transfer it to a wallet to donate it to the thing to receive the token to bid on the

$1M seemed like an infinite amount growing up. Who Wants to Be a Millionaire is on TV & I realized we couldn't even infill 20 new trailers for that now. Also, $1M from 1998 when the show aired, is $1,981,595 today. Game shows shouldn't be subject to shrinkflation.

There's plenty I don't love about the NIL era. But this Carolina hooper just became the youngest Ben & Jerry's franchisee as a 21 year old college senior. Cool seeing what a generation of investors & entrepreneurs will do with an opportunity they may not have without NIL.

My Heels are facing Chris Powers' Frogs tonight in Chapel Bill. With MJ, Mia Hamm, LT, Peppers, Eric Church, & Chase Rice there, Belichick won't be the only 🐐 on campus. Carolina's a 3.5 point dog, but what should we wager? A trailer park for an industrial building? 😜

Went to dinner tonight with a guy who spent decades as a special servicer. He said, "special servicing is the most fun you can have with your clothes on." 😂🤣 True?
