6.77⚡️… no8 in njcaa 6.79 prelims….6.81semis and 6.77 finals. Apparently I’m running from behind with my hips🤷🏾‍♂️

6.70 at nationals 47.09 split for the 4x4

Track is like science and if you watch closely I stopped sprinting 50-60m into the race because I caught a cramp but I deeply believe this would’ve been my 10.1 or 10.2 race if I would’ve kept my same striding momentum instead of pushing more. I’ll be back stronger and trust me
