MGS students celebrated our state bound golfers with a Walk of Champions today! Best of luck to our 2 Redbirds competing in the State Golf Competition at Metamora Fields!

Mrs. Lelm's students participated in mock interviews for multiple career paths as part of their elective class. Thank you to all the volunteers who made this experience possible!

Congrats to Piper Crispen ~ she competed at the State Golf Tournament yesterday at Metamora Fields and shot a 98. She ended up placing in the TOP HALF! Great job Piper!!

Thanks so much to the marching band and color guard for performing for our STATE Golfers. You looked and sounded awesome! Good Luck at STATE! Go Birds!

At the IESA state finals on Friday, Jacob Cooper shot a 92 at Metamora Fields and took 62 place out of 80 golfers. Congratulations to him for competing with the other top finalists of middle school boy golfers in the state of Illinois!

Congratulations to the MGS softball team. They are IESA Regional Champions defeating Washington Middle School 7-2.

It was a beautiful day to be out marching and performing for some of our biggest fans today! The band and guard are doing an amazing job this year! With record breaking numbers we are marching 125 members strong!

MGS Softball is up 2-0 bottom of the 2nd inning in the Sectional Championship game. GO BIRDS!

Softball girls are up 14-0 bottom of the 3rd!
