There are some eras that we tend to over romanticize but the 90s was not one of them.

teaching is showing me that there’s a lot of actions we press ppl about for not naturally getting when these things need to be taught AND practiced. Confidence, discipline, consistency, responsibility, accountability, etc - all skills. Nothing just appears bc you want it to.
