I had a brilliant day at the NCCMH QuITT Round 2 launch event. Some great talks on the benefits of QI methods and the importance of co-production. Thanks for inviting me! #QuITTCollaborative #QuITT

Another great trip down to London for the Royal College of Psychiatrists NCCMH QuITT event. I really enjoyed the opportunity to speak to trusts at different stages of implementing QuITT, and think of some new ways to involve patients throughout my own research! #QuITTcollaborative

A rewarding session today teaching my weekly Year 1 Medicine students @LeedsMedHealth about CBT and preventative measures for stress. Here are some student examples of the negative thinking cycle and ways to break it by CBT. Some great enthusiasm and thinking by the students!

Really enjoyed delivering my second session to KS3 for The Brilliant Club Today we learned about types of cells, pathogens and disease- and of course wrote this on some sticky notes 📝 Looking forward to the next few months working with some great scientists in the making! 👩🏻‍🔬🧬

With more than 400 attending in York and a further 200 virtual delegates, #SCaH2025 was spectacular, full of energy and a community coming together as one. Heidi and Martin would like to thank all partners, delegates, speakers, exhibitors, volunteers and the events and AV teams🩵
